Responsibilities
Monitoring the daily progress of projects
Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
Performing billing and bookkeeping tasks
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
Undertaking project tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
1-3 years experience in a related field
exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Experience using a variety of information systems
Knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Experience with GSuite
Preferred
Experience working in the architecture field or with architecture clients is highly preferred
