Receptionist/Billing
CRH is a collection of family businesses and large enterprises committed to the safety and development of its employees. They are seeking a Receptionist/Billing professional to perform office support functions and billing support for the Accounts Receivable and Accounting Departments.

Responsibilities
Answer phones and operate a switchboard
Route calls to specific people
Answer inquiries about company
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
Call persons waiting for visitor
Ensure reception area is tidy
Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
Deliver mail and faxes
Take and relay messages
Prepare outgoing mailings and shipments
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred: Word, Excel, etc
Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
Knowledge of basic office practices and protocol
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Bring sales tickets into Accounting Software to review and correct pricing and any errors
Have sales and operations review pricing edits, and get proper approval
Post edits and notify Main Billing Department of posting
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
One or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
Ability to write clearly and effectively
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instruction
Ability to work well with others in a group or one on one setting
Knowledge of Internet software, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other company related programs
Ability to type and use keyboards accurately
Basic knowledge of Database software, internet software, and Order processing systems
Excellent customer service skills
Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
Knowledge of basic office practices and protocol
Ability to multi-task handling phones, customers, and other essential functions at the same time
Preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred: Word, Excel, etc
Previous experience in a related field is a plus
