Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks for all molds
Work from engineering drawings and specifications, quality assurance standards, and test procedures
In-process inspection skills are mandatory
Basic knowledge of disassembly, assembly, and preventative maintenance of molds and machines
Communicate effectively to participate in problem-solving discussions
Medical clean room or labware production is a plus
Installation of molds, troubleshooting, and processing knowledge
General knowledge of plastic materials and processes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Injection Molding experience required
Good organizational and time management skills
Teamwork
Self-motivated
Detail Oriented
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Plastics injection molding: 3 years (Required)
Mold machine: 3 years (Required)
Manufacturing: 3 years (Required)
Plastic manufacturing: 3 years (Required)
