Responsibilities
Perform structural calculations and analysis for gravity, lateral, and seismic systems
Develop efficient, code-compliant structural solutions
Prepare and contribute to construction documents
Coordinate with architects, other engineers, and contractors
Support projects through all phases of design and construction
Mentor junior staff as appropriate (SE III level)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis preferred)
2–8 years of professional structural engineering experience
Strong background in structural analysis and design
Experience producing construction documents for a variety of building types
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
PE license preferred, or actively pursuing licensure with PE achievable in the near term
Experience with high-performance buildings is a plus
SE license desirable but not required
