Responsibilities
Handle 40–60 inbound calls per day from dealerships, repair facilities, and contract holders, ensuring all warranty claim inquiries are reviewed promptly and accurately
Utilize in-depth automotive and mechanical knowledge to evaluate, investigate, and process mechanical claims
Communicate via phone and email with vehicle owners, mechanics, and other involved parties, delivering exceptional customer service
Actively listen to callers to understand their concerns, demonstrate empathy, and ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain accurate electronic claim records using company-specific systems and established processes
Collaborate with leaders and fellow claim analysts to uphold company standards of honesty, fairness, and excellence
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as an automotive mechanic or in a related mechanical field
Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and ability to explain repairs to mechanical and non-mechanical individuals
Successful track record in customer service, resolving complex inquiries with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Email) and claims-processing software; ability to navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously
High school diploma or GED required
ASE Certification required (or preferred depending on company specification)
Automotive degree preferred
Must be willing to work Saturdays occasionally
A high-speed home internet connection and a quiet at-home workspace is required for remote and hybrid schedules
Must be able to pass background check
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
