Responsibilities
Engage and follow up with leads generated from GN’s database, website, marketing systems, and development inquiries
Conduct buyer consultations to understand needs, timelines, and qualification status
Maintain consistent CRM activity, track communication, and manage buyer progress from first contact through closing
Conduct site tours and on-site walkthroughs for qualified buyers
Host open houses at GN-owned listings to meet new prospective buyers and build relationships
Assist in coordinating pre-sale launch events, project unveilings, and on-site marketing activities
Work closely with GN’s development and construction teams to remain informed about timelines, availability, finishes, and unit specifications
Ensure all buyer questions are answered promptly, and facilitate a seamless, professional experience throughout the transaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, leasing, new development sales, or a related client-facing role
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active clients
Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced development environment
Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and lead-management tools
Ability to collaborate with construction and development teams to stay current on project information
Passion for real estate, client service, and community-focused development
Preferred
Hands-on experience engaging buyers, conducting consultations, or working in residential/mixed-use environments
