Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices

Required

Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading projects

Experience managing profit & loss statements and financial planning processes
Business development expertise with a track record of expanding market share and increasing sales revenue
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus

Preferred

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
