Events Project & Partner Engagement Lead

They are seeking an Events Project & Partner Engagement Lead to drive the planning, production, execution, and performance optimization of major global exhibitions and regional events in the United States, while serving as a key point of contact for industry partnerships and memberships.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for major and minor exhibitions, including booth logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
Oversee AGFA HealthCare’s participation in major global exhibitions (e.g., RSNA, HIMSS, ECR) as well as multiple U.S.-based regional events
Ensure consistent brand representation across booth design, messaging, and promotional materials
Manage logistic requirements and deadlines for drayage, electric, shipping, etc
Collaborate with sales teams on pre-event outreach, on-site engagement strategies, and post-event follow-up
Provide tailored event collateral, insights, and recommendations to support pipeline creation and lead conversion
Ensure events are tightly aligned with sales priorities and target accounts
Act as the primary liaison for selected industry organizations and partners
Manage and optimize AGFA HealthCare’s memberships, sponsorships, and partner-related opportunities (e.g., HIMSS, RSNA, CHIME, SIIM)
Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with external partners to maximize value and visibility
Strengthen AGFA HealthCare’s brand presence through well-orchestrated, high-impact events
Drive higher-quality demand generation and improved sales outcomes through strong event-sales alignment
Maximize the value of industry partnerships and sponsorships
Contribute to a consistent, professional, and differentiated AGFA HealthCare presence across the global event landscape

Required

Proven experience in event marketing, exhibition management, or integrated marketing programs, ideally in healthcare, health IT, or B2B IT/technology
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events, and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding the role of events in pipeline generation
Comfortable using marketing tools and platforms for registration, lead capture, and campaign execution
Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and ROI
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a global, matrixed organization
Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally to manage on-site activities, including exhibit hall set-up, full presence during show hours and breakdown of events
Innovative mindset with the ability to elevate events to industry-leading standards
