Responsibilities

Develop and maintain productive internal and client relationships
Engage with prospective clients, primarily defense lawyers and insurance claims professionals
Cultivate and grow the existing client base
Design impactful presentations and implement market penetration strategies
Strengthen client relationships and expand strategic partnerships through networking initiatives
Represent the company at trade shows
Manage client expectations and satisfaction
Deliver client-focused solutions and support

Required

B.S. and or M.S. degree or relevant experience in the insurance industry or law community
At least 5 to 10 years' experience in sales
Travel up to 25%, mainly throughout the Great Lakes region
Exceptional client engagement and relationship management skills
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Outstanding interpersonal and client communication skills
Highly skilled in client interaction and stakeholder management
Expertise in delivering client-focused solutions and support
Strong client partnership and collaboration capabilities
Demonstrated success in managing client expectations and satisfaction
Designing impactful presentations and implementing market penetration strategies to drive growth and brand visibility
Cultivating and strengthening client relationships while expanding strategic partnerships through targeted networking initiatives and professional social platforms such as LinkedIn
Trade show representation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates the ability to efficiently complete detailed work
Exhibits effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver timely work based on client needs
Collaborative and friendly with the ability to work independently and with clients
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
Strong communication and negotiation skills
