Responsibilities
Design, document, and maintain source-to-target data mappings from Black Knight MSP to a compliance testing platform
Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into data definitions, transformations, and rule logic used for automated tests
Partner with compliance, product, and engineering teams to align MSP data elements with test conditions, thresholds, and exceptions
Validate mapped data through reconciliation, sampling, and exception analysis to ensure accuracy and regulatory defensibility
Support client onboarding by mapping servicing data for loan boarding, payments, escrow, default, and loss mitigation compliance testing
Identify data quality issues, gaps, and edge cases that could impact test coverage or outcomes
Maintain detailed documentation of data lineage, business rules, assumptions, and dependencies for audit and model governance purposes
Support UAT and production validation for new regulations, test scenarios, MSP releases, and data model changes
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve automation, scalability, and maintainability of the compliance testing framework
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing data analysis, data mapping, or compliance analytics
Hands-on experience with Black Knight MSP data structures and servicing workflows
Strong proficiency in SQL and validating complex data transformations
Working knowledge of mortgage servicing compliance requirements
Experience documenting source-to-target mappings and business rules
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data logic to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with automated compliance testing, reg-tech, or risk platforms
Familiarity with CFPB servicing rules, RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, and related regulations
Exposure to audit support, model governance, or control testing frameworks
Background in fintech, SaaS, consulting, or technology-enabled financial services
