Responsibilities

Own and lead planning, tracking, and delivery of software programs and projects
Translate business requirements into actionable engineering tasks with clear acceptance criteria
Manage risk, dependencies, and progress to ensure predictable outcomes
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
Partner with Product, Project Management, Staff-level Engineers, and Architecture to ensure technical feasibility and quality

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, related field or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in technical program or project management
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Jira/Confluence tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred

Insurance or Finance industry experience (regulatory and risk considerations)
Familiarity with financial/insurance platforms
