Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in voluntary benefits sales, consulting, or related insurance/employee benefits roles
Strong knowledge of voluntary benefits products such as supplemental health, life insurance, disability, critical illness, accident insurance, and other ancillary benefits
Experience conducting needs assessments and analyzing client requirements to recommend appropriate voluntary benefits products and employee engagement resources
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness and ability to travel locally and long-distance as needed, with reliable transportation for local travel
Preferred
Life/Health license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience conducting employee education sessions or workshops
Familiarity with EPIC or similar client data management systems
Valid insurance license(s) as required by state regulations
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a consulting environment
