Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the clinical research site
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, sponsor requirements, and SOPs
Oversee study startup, execution, and closeout across multiple trials
Manage and support site staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling
Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, CROs, monitors, and auditors
Monitor enrollment performance, data quality, and study timelines
Lead site readiness for monitoring visits, audits, and inspections
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
Support business development efforts and strategic growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of clinical research experience, including leadership or management roles
Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements
Proven experience managing teams and multiple studies simultaneously
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work onsite and manage a dynamic, fast-paced research environment
Preferred
Experience working with sponsors and CROs across Phase I–IV studies preferred
