Internal Communications and Employee Experience Coordinator (East Bay)

Responsibilities
Support the planning, drafting, and delivery of employee communications across multiple channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, email, events)
Help maintain consistent tone, branding, and clarity in all communications
Draft and edit internal communications, such as emails, intranet posts, and other announcements
Support planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events — including All-Staff meetings, in-person and virtual employee events
Manage event timelines and coordinate on-site event logistics
Create graphics and presentation decks in support of communications and events
Track engagement metrics, gather employee feedback, and provide insights to help improve content and experiences
Maintain company-wide calendars for key communications and events
Provide general project and administrative support to the People team and other strategic partners (Marketing Communications, Community Values Impact & Innovation, etc.)
Consistently reimagining new and creative ways to share information and engage audiences
Partner with Talent Development and Talent Acquisition to support onboarding and talent branding initiatives as needed
Assist in developing and rolling out new employee experience initiatives to strengthen belonging, recognition, and engagement
Gather feedback from employees and contribute to the continuous improvement of programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent experience (at least one year) working in a communications-related field
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
Interest in employee experience, organizational culture, and communications
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Comfort with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
Preferred
Video production experience would be a lovely asset!
