This role is responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving business analysis activities to ensure the delivery of high-value solutions while bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the delivery team.

Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach the Scrum team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
Remove impediments and blockers that impact team progress and delivery
Protect the team from external distractions and scope creep
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and transparency
Track and communicate sprint progress, velocity, and delivery risks
Partner with Product Owner to support backlog readiness and sprint planning
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics
Support backlog refinement by ensuring stories are well-groomed and ready for development
Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owner, and the Scrum team
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
Communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively
Support change management by helping stakeholders understand impacts and trade-offs
