Office Manager (Admin)
Premier Talent Partners is a people-centered recruitment firm specializing in various fields including Administrative roles. They are seeking an Office Manager to oversee office operations, manage vendor relationships, and support employee needs.
Responsibilities
Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, and shopping
Organize office operations and procedures
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
Provide general support to visitors
Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements)
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
Plan in-house or off-site activities such as parties, celebrations, and conferences
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
Have at least 1-3+ years of office support, administrative, and/or receptionist experience
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate office environment, startup is preferred
Experience supporting employees daily needs
Keen eye for detail, strong attention to detail, and proactive
