Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 Commerce implementations
Architect integrations with ERP and CRM systems
Define and document solution architecture including:
Catalog management
Pricing logic
Customer identity
Storefront UX/UI
Guide cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, functional consultants, QA, integration specialists)
Align solutions with Microsoft Success by Design framework
Architect inbound/outbound integrations using Azure services and Power BI
Deploy mobile and SaaS-based commercial applications
Ensure performance, scalability, and security across platforms
Support sales and marketing platforms (CRM, campaign automation, analytics, post-sale systems)
Translate business strategy into technical solutions
Present architecture designs, cost estimates, and timelines to stakeholders

Experience deploying mobile and SaaS-based applications
ERP integration experience (e.g., JDE, Oracle EBS)
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
Excellent communication and documentation skills
