Provide administrative support to assigned attorneys and practice groups
Prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files
Assist with time entry, billing, and expense tracking
Support client intake, communication, and matter opening procedures
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment required
Experience with AI required
Strong calendar management, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
