Responsibilities
Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures
Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies
Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and servicing of loans which includes ordering any supporting documentation from outside service providers
Complete loan applications in lending software and assist in preparation of approval document
Ensure all documents are accurate and ready for closing and comply with bank policy requirements
Ensure loans are funded according to documentation within the loan package
Work with retail lenders on any and all banking needs, request or issues
Communicate effectively with customers, internal and external, either verbally or in writing
Review all exception reports by notifying clients, vendors or lenders of needed documentation
Knowledge of the bank’s loan policy and departmental procedures
Assist in organizing departmental events
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum of 1-year recent experience in related field or professional work experience in financial services industry
Knowledge of basic lending fundamentals
Communicate effectively through writing and speaking as appropriate for the needs of the audience
Capability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management and employees
Demonstrates active listening skills
Ability to maintain customer satisfaction and generate positive client relationships
Efficiently manage time
Proficient to include Word, Excel and Outlook
