Responsibilities

Lead integrated marketing strategy and planning for North America, aligning brand and business objectives with regional consumer insights and global brand vision
Own seasonal planning from pre-season through execution, ensuring alignment to key milestones and timely delivery of plans
Develop clear, compelling, and insight-driven creative briefs that translate regional needs into actionable direction
Partner closely with channel leads across digital, retail, social, PR, and wholesale marketing for cohesive execution
Lead monthly integrated planning calendars and cross-functional share-outs with North America and Global teams
Oversee execution of 360° marketing campaigns, ensuring excellence in delivery and ongoing optimization
Lead post-campaign analysis and recaps, synthesizing insights and opportunities to inform future strategies
Manage timelines, workflows, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Maintain a strong pulse on culture, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategy and drive differentiation
Continuously explore innovative marketing approaches and best practices to elevate brand impact

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or a related field; experience within fashion, lifestyle, or footwear preferred

Skilled in people development, coaching, and fostering accountability and continuous improvement
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to translate insights and data into actionable strategies
