Responsibilities
Supervise the maintenance, repair, and renovation of all facilities. (60%)
Directs landscaping of campground. (20%)
Prepares, plans, and approves requisition materials. Directs purchasing, requisitions, and warehousing of adequate inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment. (15%)
Directs the Grant Walker Safety Program. (5%)
Qualification
Required
Four years of experience or training in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or park operations and grounds maintenance
Completion of a two-year vocational technical program in general building construction, construction technology, or engineering plus two years of experience in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or park operations and grounds maintenance
Twelve semester hours in construction management, construction technology, or engineering, or any combination of these courses plus two years of experience in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or park operations and grounds maintenance
This position requires a Certified Wastewater Operator – Level 1 certification or the ability to obtain one within 24 months as a condition of employment
