Agility Partners is seeking an experienced Patent Paralegal to join their Patent Operations team supporting global patent filings for a large enterprise technology organization. The role involves processing patent documentation and managing various patent-related tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.

Responsibilities

Download and process incoming ISR and 202 documents from the EPO mailbox on a daily basis

Process PCT hardcopy mail, ensuring timely routing and documentation

Handle EP registration certificates, including processing hardcopies, de-docketing events in Anaqua, and determining archiving or shredding actions

Verify and download Letters Patents and Registration Certificates and coordinate offsite storage

Manage incoming signature requests by summarizing documents, routing to signatories, and tracking completion

Support patent award logistics, including tracking, packaging, and shipping plaques and gear awards

Assist with audits, validation checks, document retrieval, and other special projects as assigned

Required

Experience as a Patent Paralegal

Familiarity with USPTO, EPO, and WIPO correspondence

Ability to manage patent certificates

Experience with routing signature requests

Proficiency in maintaining accurate records in Anaqua

Ability to download and process incoming ISR and 202 documents from the EPO mailbox

Experience in processing PCT hardcopy mail

Skills in handling EP registration certificates

Ability to verify and download Letters Patents and Registration Certificates

Experience in managing incoming signature requests

Skills in supporting patent award logistics
