Qualification
Required
2-4+ years of accounts payable experience
Strong understanding of AP processes, accounting principles, and internal controls
Proficiency with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience with AP automation tools or workflow systems
Experience with mid-market or enterprise ERP systems (e.g., Costpoint, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday)
Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced environments
Familiarity with 1099 vendor reporting
