Qualification
Required
Degree-level education or equivalent experience
Proven managerial skills
Experience in leading teams or project-based work, with a focus on process improvement
Strong administrative experience
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Confidence using IT systems such as Microsoft Office and reporting tools
Ability to prioritise a varied workload
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to deliver a high-quality service
