Responsibilities
Maintain and update the company CRM & other company databases as applicable; training provided to be a subject matter expert on these systems
Assist with & create marketing/sales collateral such as proposals, reports, brochures, and presentations
Assist with social media posting and content coordination
Generate reports for clients & internal stakeholders
Assist with basic market and competitor research
Organize files, templates, and marketing resources
Provide general clerical support for internal/external marketing and sales activities
Qualification
Required
3+ years minimum paid full-time work experience using similar skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively across multiple platforms
Highly competent with Excel and PowerPoint
Organized with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
Preferred
CRM experience a bonus - currently using HubSpot
