Responsibilities
Managing project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery
Leading project planning sessions and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Coordinating with various departments and teams to gather requirements and resources
Tracking project performance and implementing corrective actions as needed
Facilitating regular project meetings and reporting progress to stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
Proactively understand business needs and ensure there is no overlap in projects or resources
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Project/Program Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
8 -10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in Supply Chain or ERP projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Lean, & Agile)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Notion, or Asana)
Preferred
PMP Certification preferred
