Perform routine processing tasks with high accuracy
Identify anomalies and escalate issues

Track progress against KPIs

Apply judgment to resolve cases consistently
Maintain professional communication
Analyze payments and system data
Produce ad-hoc and recurring reports
Perform system health checks
Maintain SOPs and suggest improvements
Configure cameras and routers using documented processes
Coordinate with technical teams when needed
