Responsibilities
Applications Analyst will align technology solutions with business strategies and objectives
Proactively identify opportunities to apply technology to business processes
Advise customers on system functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements
Serve as a technical liaison and broker of services with vendors
Act as an internal consultant, offering technical guidance and business process expertise
Support complex projects and strategic planning research
Perform high-level work across both business and clinical technical areas
Integrate application solutions across multiple environments
Communicate technical concepts in business-friendly terms
As an Applications Analyst, you will manage and support large-scale projects from vision through implementation
Solve problems spanning multiple systems or business areas
Efficiently manage time and deliver high-quality output
Understand how IT impacts organizational processes and support redesigned workflows
Collaborate effectively as a flexible, friendly, and enthusiastic team member
Qualification
Required
3-5 years in Business application design, development, and installation
Significant healthcare background with demonstrated abilities in the applications area
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
Strong analytical, conceptual, and new concept development skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
HL7 knowledge is a plus
