Responsibilities
Process and apply payments – check, credit card, and ACH
Email, fax, or mail out invoices as necessary
Communicate daily with the sales department to ensure that pricing is correct and to assist in receiving initial payments
Customer Service communications
Send monthly statements to outstanding customers with past due invoices
Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments
Update customer billing information, as needed
Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Admin Department
Qualification
Required
Must have strong computer skills
Excellent organizational, mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High School Diploma required
1+ years of relevant experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable
Preferred
BA or BS degree
