Responsibilities

Carry a specialist sales quota focused on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft cloud services revenue
Build, influence, and progress a strong Azure‑focused pipeline across new and existing customers
Support Field Sales Account Executives in shaping, qualifying, and closing Azure opportunities
Drive adoption of Synapse360’s Azure‑based services, including migration, modernisation, optimisation, and managed services
Provide commercial input into Azure proposals, pricing models, and consumption‑based deals
Act as Synapse360’s internal Microsoft Azure subject‑matter expert
Evangelise Azure and Microsoft solutions across the sales organisation
Deliver internal training sessions, briefings, and updates on Azure services, incentives, and roadmap changes
Work closely with pre‑sales and solution architects to ensure opportunities are well‑designed and aligned to customer outcomes
Join customer meetings alongside Field Sales to provide Azure expertise
Lead or support discovery sessions, workshops, and solution presentations
Build credibility and trust with customer stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels
Position Synapse360 as a trusted Microsoft Azure partner
Accurately manage and forecast Azure opportunities using Salesforce (SFDC)
Maintain high‑quality opportunity data, ensuring clear next steps, close plans, and commercial visibility
Report on Azure pipeline health, revenue performance, and key deal progress
Work collaboratively with sales leadership to prioritise opportunities and resources

Required

Proven experience in B2B Microsoft Azure or cloud solution sales, ideally within a Microsoft partner, MSP, Resellers, or systems integrator
Demonstrable success carrying a quota and contributing directly to cloud or Azure services revenue growth
Experience working with Microsoft or for Microsoft, including engagement with Microsoft account teams
Ability to support and influence field sales teams as a specialist overlay
Strong customer‑facing capability, including leading discovery sessions, workshops, and solution presentations
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex Azure concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Experience managing opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts using Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools
Passionate about Microsoft and Azure and confident acting as an internal evangelist
Commercially minded, with a strong results‑driven mindset
Credible, consultative, and comfortable engaging at technical, operational, and executive levels
Collaborative and influential, able to work across sales, pre‑sales, delivery, and partner teams
Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

Preferred

Experience selling Azure consumption‑based services and managed services contracts
Previous experience in a Microsoft co‑sell environment, including joint account planning and pipeline reviews
Experience working closely with pre‑sales architects and delivery teams to shape end‑to‑end solution
