Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for web, backend, and AI/ML-driven scientific applications
Serve as a bridge between distributed engineering teams and quality engineering groups
Partner with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to validate data pipelines, models, and AI workflows
Build and scale automated test frameworks using Playwright and Python
Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and data validation testing
Develop AI-assisted test generation and optimization approaches
Advocate for modern QE practices including shift-left quality and test-driven quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
8+ years of experience in QA, SDET, or Quality Engineering roles
Deep expertise in Playwright and automated test framework design
Strong Python coding skills for test automation and tooling
Experience validating AI/ML systems, data pipelines, and model outputs
