Senior Product Manager
iAltA is a next-generation financial services ecosystem designed to enhance private markets. The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of product roadmaps across multiple wealth management fintech products, ensuring alignment with business needs and maximizing engineering efficiency.

Responsibilities
Join a new operating company within the umbrella of iAltA where we are building the connective layer of modern wealth management: a shared data and workflow foundation that serves the advisor while connecting the ecosystem
Transform high-level product vision into executable roadmaps across three wealth management fintech products, establishing data-driven prioritization frameworks that maximize engineering efficiency to maintain development pace with company strategy & growth goals
Report to senior leadership
Achieve the following outcomes in the first 12-18 months:
Establish and maintain prioritized product roadmaps for all three products with clear quarterly milestones
Implement a transparent, ROI-based prioritization framework adopted by all stakeholders (GMs, sales, engineering)
Achieve on-time delivery of committed roadmap items
Develop and maintain toolkit that supports product development process
Work with GMs and sales teams as the go-to person for translating business needs into technical solutions
Minimize engineering rework/pivots through effective requirements and technical specifications
Establish regular feedback loops across all three business lines
Maintain parallel development processes across all products with appropriate prioritization
Create technical specifications that engineering teams can execute without significant clarification
Develop and implement elite product development process using best practice principles
Build and demonstrate clear ROI metrics for shipped features
Contribute to YoY growth trajectory through effective feature prioritization
Identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives
Qualification
Required
Can read code and engage deeply with engineering on architecture decisions
Understands API design, data modeling, system integration patterns
Writes detailed technical specs that engineers respect and can execute from
Quickly learns new technical domains without hand-holding
Builds frameworks that balance quantitative data with qualitative insights
Says 'no' effectively with clear reasoning
Distinguishes between urgent and important
Makes trade-off decisions that optimize for business outcomes, not politics
Ships iteratively and effectively
Consistently pushes the pace of development
Breaks down ambiguous problems into concrete deliverables
Drives projects to completion through obstacles
Maintains momentum across multiple concurrent workstreams
Synthesizes conflicting feedback from multiple sources into coherent direction
Builds credibility with non-technical business leaders
Communicates technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Pushes back respectfully when needed
Experience at a company known for product excellence (e.g., FAANG, unicorn startup, or elite Series B+)
Experience managing technical products with engineering teams of 10+ people
Track record of shipping features across multiple products or platforms simultaneously
Preferred
Brings proven frameworks from top-tier companies
Experience with modern product ops tools and methodologies
Track record of developing and implementing process improvements
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
Does the work themselves rather than expecting a large support team
Thrives in resource-constrained environments
Go-to-market intuition for early/growth-stage products
Sees opportunity in chaos and finds it to be fulfilling & regenerative, not draining
Establishes metrics before building features
Uses data to validate (or invalidate) assumptions
Comfortable with basic analytics tools
Can learn the wealthtech domain quickly (not required on day one)
Interest in financial services and investment management
B2B SaaS or platform experience
Previous work at a company with great product operations/discipline
Experience in a high-growth, early-stage company
Deep technical background and familiarity
Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or regulated industries
