Responsibilities
Develop optimized code using HANA pushdown techniques (AMDP, CDS Views)
Build OData services and integration scenarios
Conduct performance tuning and ATC checks for HANA-based applications
Implement enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments
Configure and customize SAP MDG modules (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance)
Perform data modeling, UI modeling, workflow configuration, and BRF+ rules
Collaborate with business teams for requirement analysis and functional design
Implement validations, derivations, and replication frameworks
Support CVI (Customer Vendor Integration) and hierarchy management
Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions
Prepare functional specifications and ensure alignment with technical design
Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and production deployment
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
Provide expert guidance on MDG best practices and ABAP optimization
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience in ABAP on HANA (AMDP, CDS Views, OData)
Expertise in SAP MDG (Data Modeling, UI Modeling, Workflow, BRF+)
Functional knowledge of MDG processes and integration with ECC/S/4HANA
Proficiency in SMT mapping, validations, and debugging techniques
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP
Experience in migration projects and upgrade activities
