Responsibilities
Build and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn with a focus on low Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA)
Create, schedule, and engage across social platforms to build organic communities for our various software brands
Execute 'Launch Playbooks' for new tools, including setting up landing pages and managing email waitlists
Produce high-quality marketing copy and basic visual assets (using tools like Canva) for ads and social posts
Monitor campaign data daily to tweak targeting, creative, and spend for maximum ROI
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
Proven experience managing paid ad budgets (even at a modest scale)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail
A 'test and learn' mindset - you enjoy experimenting to see what works
