ClearBridge Technology Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for a full-time hybrid role. The role focuses on executing complex technology initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope while managing dependencies and risks across various systems and teams.

Responsibilities

Ensure complex technology initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and with minimal disruption

Execute projects across systems, teams, and vendors, keeping work organized, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and maintaining alignment

Lead large-scale platform initiatives such as ERP, CRM, Data, and AI-enabled system transformations, including system migrations, vendor onboarding, and phased rollouts

Own end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, from project initiation through deployment, stabilization, and post-implementation optimization

Translate business objectives into executable technical roadmaps that improve efficiency, scalability, risk posture, or revenue impact

Collaborate with technical leads to define project scopes, milestones, deliverables, and manage scope changes using structured change control

Drive integration efforts across APIs, data pipelines, and third-party platforms to ensure seamless interoperability

Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, including timelines, dependencies, risk registers, and change tracking to ensure disciplined execution

Required

7+ years of experience in technical project management, operations, or large-scale technology delivery

Familiarity with ERP, data platforms, cloud-based enterprise platforms, ecommerce platforms, and CRM

Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies

Strong understanding of software development processes, web technologies, integrations, APIs, and system dependencies

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
