Responsibilities
Research and evaluate advancements in Generative AI, LLM architectures, AI agents, and multimodal models
Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept using Python and modern AI SDKs
Develop AI solutions leveraging LangChain, LangSmith, CrewAI, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks
Perform model benchmarking, prompt engineering, fine-tuning experiments, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to transition prototypes into production-ready systems
Document findings, create technical reports, and present AI demos to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in AI Engineering / ML Prototyping / Applied Research
Strong programming expertise in Python
Experience with AI frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow
Practical knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock
Expertise in RAG systems, LLM applications, prompt engineering, vector databases
Strong communication skills with ability to translate research into business solutions
Preferred
Experience with fine-tuning, LoRA, custom model training
Background in agentic AI automation and workflow orchestration
