Responsibilities
Efficiently monitoring all assigned processes from opening to closing
Provide information to the client at various stages of the process
Registration of processes in the internal system as well as archiving all documentation
Preparation of accident rate maps
Qualification
Required
Graduation
Previous experience in managing work accident claims
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Willingness to work autonomously and in contact with the client
Portuguese and English (valued)
Knowledge of Excel
Proactivity, availability and initiative
