Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new customers (farmers, ranchers, contractors, landowners)
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Conduct on-site visits, demos, and equipment walk-arounds
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate KIOTI tractors and implements
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Follow up on inbound leads, walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries
Represent the dealership at farm shows, demos, and local events
Coordinate with service and parts departments to ensure smooth deliveries and satisfied customers
Track sales activity and customer information
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated and disciplined with time and territory management
Comfortable working without a base salary
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Outside sales experience preferred (ag equipment, construction equipment, automotive, or similar)
Mechanical aptitude or equipment familiarity is a plus
Agriculture background helpful but not required
