This role involves full-stack development using modern .NET technologies and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities
Perform advanced senior-level software engineering and programming activities across the full SDLC
Design, develop, test, debug, document, and deploy complex client/server and web-based applications
Build and enhance front-end and back-end components using C#, .NET, Blazor, HTML5, CSS, SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
Develop and optimize stored procedures, database schemas, and data integrations
Collaborate with systems analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify performance, security, and scalability improvements
Support, maintain, and enhance enterprise application systems through root-cause analysis and remediation
Lead and review code contributions, ensuring adherence to standards, security requirements, and best practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning activities
Recommend and implement improvements to application development processes
Prepare technical documentation, release notes, and system change artifacts
Present application changes and enhancements to stakeholders for approval
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
8+ years of senior-level experience designing and developing enterprise web applications
8+ years of experience programming with technologies including: C# / .NET, HTML / HTML5 / CSS, SQL & Stored Procedures, Oracle and SQL Server
8+ years of experience independently executing SDLC activities from requirements through deployment
8+ years of experience performing root-cause analysis and system troubleshooting
6+ years of experience working in Agile SDLC environments
5+ years of experience implementing security and network integrity requirements in application development
5+ years of experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and approving releases
5+ years of experience producing technical documentation and release artifacts
4+ years of experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms
2+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using C# .NET Blazor
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Experience migrating applications from Java to C#/.NET Blazor
Experience implementing responsive web design principles
Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and implementation
Prior experience working on large-scale government or regulatory systems
