Responsibilities
The Program Manager is responsible for cost and performance of contractors
Ensures required contract deliverables are submitted on-time and with high quality. Addresses poor performance issues. Ensures all contracting performers are Cyber Security Workforce compliant
Track cost, schedule and performance. Responds to data calls. Assists with acquisition process by performing analysis of alternatives, business case analysis, cost benefit analysis, sourcing plan, limited source justification, and approvals
Provides analysis and recommendations to Government Leadership to assist with making metrics based, programmatic decisions
Ensures program deliverables are timely, complete, and of the highest quality
Produces and/or reviews re-occurring reports, update monthly program reviews, attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and update training briefings. Conducts Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reviews and maintains scheduling data for Integrated Product Team Leads
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
10+ years' experience in contracts management
10+ years' experience in defense program operations
Active Secret level clearance
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel up to 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Experience in a consulting environment supporting defense related programs
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge management tools
