Recruiter & HR Generalist

They are seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter & HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruiting and support HR operations while enhancing employee experiences. Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, including communications, digital, data, creative, operations/finance positions, and senior roles
Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and role requirements
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
Develop a stronger and cohesive hiring process experience for the Company
Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process
Maintain and improve employer branding and candidate experience
Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Assist with performance management, employee relations, and internal policies
Help with compliance and HR documentation
Contribute to culture initiatives, training, and employee engagement efforts
Maintain accurate HR and recruiting records and systems
Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting and HR workflows
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and best practices

Qualification

Required

6-10 years of experience in recruiting and human resources, preferably in a consulting, agency, or professional services environment
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setting

Preferred

Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred
