Territory Manager – Auto Repair & Collision
Whillet is launching a Texas pilot for a Repair-Now-Pay-Later solution specifically for auto repair and collision shops. They are seeking a Territory Manager to build and activate a network of partner locations, focusing on hands-on adoption and integration of financing solutions within shops.

Responsibilities
Own a Texas territory and work directly with auto repair & collision shops
Build and activate a network of ~50 partner locations during the pilot phase
Present the financing solution to shop owners, service directors, and MSO leadership
Train service advisors and front-desk teams on how to offer financing naturally during the service write-up
Help shops integrate financing into existing workflows without disrupting operations
Conduct onsite and virtual onboarding, demos, and follow-ups
Track early performance metrics: activation, usage, approval rates, transaction volume
Serve as the primary point of contact between merchants, underwriting, and product teams
Provide field feedback to improve product, training materials, and onboarding processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience working with auto repair or collision shop networks
Experience managing multiple locations within a territory
Strong credibility with shop owners, service managers, and advisors
Deep understanding of service operations, CSI, parts & labor sales, and repair workflows
Ability to explain financial or operational concepts clearly to non-financial teams
A relationship-driven, practical approach — you know what works on the shop floor
