Responsibilities
Help clean, prepare, and analyze data from multiple sources
Build and update dashboards and reports in Looker (training provided)
Support the team in identifying trends, insights, and performance metrics
Assist with simple data ingestion and transformation tasks using tools like Databricks (SparkSQL, PySpark)
Help troubleshoot data quality issues and ensure accuracy across datasets
Work with the analytics team to design and improve dashboards used by internal teams
Learn best practices around data modeling, visualization, and storytelling with data
Write and run queries in SQL against PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB
Help organize and maintain data tables used for analysis
Document data processes, dashboards, and workflows
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business teams to understand data needs
Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Assist with monitoring dashboards and data pipelines for accuracy and reliability
Learn how we follow best practices for data privacy and healthcare compliance
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, Math, or a related field
Familiarity with SQL (school projects are great!)
Basic experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Coursework or projects involving: Data analysis, Statistics, Python or R, Databases
Experience with large datasets or BI dashboards
Curious and eager to learn new tools and concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams
Organized, detail-oriented, and excited to take ownership of small projects with guidance
Interest in healthcare, imaging, or health tech
