Customer Success Manager
LiveFlow is building the next-generation accounting and finance platform to enable lean finance teams to run massive enterprises. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager with a strong accounting and financial modeling background to help customers solve complex financial challenges.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with customers during their adoption phase to understand their accounting and financial workflows
Solve complex, often ambiguous customer challenges using strong analytical judgment
Build and review financial models to support customer use cases
Translate complex accounting concepts into clear, actionable guidance
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across finance and operations
Serve as a trusted problem-solver and subject matter expert
Qualification
Required
Strong accounting background with advanced accounting knowledge
Excellent financial modeling skills
Experience in investment banking, accounting, or a similarly rigorous financial role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving
