Responsibilities
Oversee all construction and estates-related projects
Manage a diverse portfolio, from large-scale capital developments to smaller improvement projects
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Collaborate closely with internal teams, senior management, and external consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes
Contribute to the coordination of the wider capital programme and the preparation of the rolling five-year plan
Develop the College’s estates and capital strategy
Qualification
Required
Strong project management expertise
Excellent communication skills
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
Experience in overseeing construction and estates-related projects
Ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of projects
Collaboration with internal teams, senior management, and external consultants
Contribution to the coordination of the wider capital programme
Preparation of the rolling five-year plan
Ongoing development of the College's estates and capital strategy
