They are seeking a Copywriting & Design Lead to own the brand's voice and visual expression, focusing on creating compelling stories and conversion-driven designs across customer interactions.

Responsibilities
Own Daybreak’s brand voice and messaging across all channels
Write high-converting copy for:
Website pages and landing pages
Paid media (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok)
Email and SMS campaigns
Patient education and onboarding flows
Product and in-app messaging
Translate clinical and regulatory-heavy concepts into human, benefit-driven language
Continuously test and iterate copy based on performance data
Design on-brand marketing assets including:
Landing pages and web components
Paid ad creative (static + light motion concepts)
Email and lifecycle visuals
Patient-facing PDFs and educational materials
Maintain and evolve Daybreak’s visual identity and design system
Ensure all creative is compliant with healthcare and advertising regulations
Partner closely with Growth, Product, Clinical, and Ops teams
Develop creative strategies tied to funnel performance (CAC, CVR, LTV)
Brief and manage freelancers or agencies as needed
Bring strong opinions—but stay data-informed and collaborative
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in copywriting, content, brand, or design roles
Strong portfolio showing both copy and visual design (conversion-focused work is a must)
Experience in DTC, healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries
Deep understanding of performance marketing creative
Ability to simplify complex or sensitive topics without losing credibility
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, or equivalent)
Preferred
Digital health, sleep, or medical device experience
Experience working with clinical or legal review processes
Motion or video creative experience
Early-stage startup experience
