Responsibilities
Maintain and support hardware and software on devices and related equipment in a mixed Mac and PC environment
Maintain and track IT equipment inventory onsite
Respond to employee requests via our ticketing system for hardware and software assistance with thoughtful troubleshooting and employee coaching
Provide live troubleshooting to employees in our urgent support Slack channel with a 1 hour SLA
Perform troubleshooting and support for A/V equipment onsite in Nashville
Create and update internal and employee-facing documentation
Assist with the employee onboarding experience virtually and onsite as needed
Qualification
Required
6 months to 2 years of IT or other support role experience
Understanding of the basics of networking
Strong troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Familiarity with our SaaS stack is a plus: Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Kandji, Intune
Familiarity with our hardware environment: Mac, Windows, Linux
