Responsibilities

Lead enterprise workers’ compensation strategy with direct accountability for California WC compliance, quality, and operational performance
Direct third-party audits, TPA oversight, and vendor governance, ensuring adherence to California DWC regulations and internal standards
Lead and develop managers and senior leaders across WC operational functions
Analyze enterprise WC data and audit findings to identify systemic risks, trends, and corrective actions
Partner with Legal, Risk, Finance, and executive leadership to influence policy, process, and technology decisions

Required

Extensive leadership experience in workers' compensation claims, with deep expertise in California Workers' Compensation regulations required

Strong background in third-party audits, vendor oversight, and regulatory compliance (including CA DWC standards)
Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights
