Responsibilities
Sort, distribute, and route incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals
Prepare outgoing mail, including postage, shipping labels, and courier scheduling
Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, shipments, and accountable mail
Coordinate with postal services and delivery vendors as needed
Monitor common areas, meeting rooms, and office supplies to ensure they are stocked and orderly
Assist with visitor management and general building operations
Provide general clerical assistance such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization
Assist with front desk coverage, greeting visitors, and answering phones when needed
Support internal teams with administrative tasks and special projects
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems or logs
Qualification
Required
6 months in an office environment ideally in mailroom operations, office administration, or facilities support
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Good communication and customer-service abilities
Basic proficiency with office software (email, spreadsheets, document management)
Ability to lift and move packages as required
Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
