LCS Mission Module Deputy Program Manager (Mgr Programs 2)
HII's Mission Technologies division is seeking a results-driven and dedicated Fleet Sustainment Deputy Program Manager to join their Global Security team. The role involves managing all aspects of the LCS MM program, ensuring performance and financial goals are met while leading cross-functional teams and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of the LCS MM program to include performance and financial goals
Program Manager experience in support of Mission Package Support Facility (MPSF) and Mission Module Readiness Centers (MMRCs)
Critical team roll in all four-mission module equipment, to include: Modules include anti-submarine warfare (ASW), mine countermeasures (MCM), surface warfare (SUW), and special warfare missions. (SW) The MCM and SUW modules
Manage Module programs
Manage and support Government furnished equipment
Manage Cross functional Teams across multiple CONUS/OCONUS sites
Work with Subcontracts to manage Key suppliers
Lead Global Operations and Sustainment contract from a Government Owned, Contractor Operated facility in Oxnard, California
Ensure adequate and timely staffing of LCS MM program to include professional development of all assigned personnel. Conduct individual performance assessments and successor planning
Maintain close contact with customers to make requisite and timely adjustments to programs
Work with all functional departments as required to ensure continued customer satisfaction, compliance with corporate policies and standards, and to maintain high ethical standards
Communicate periodic progress, status updates, and risk assessments to senior management and customers
Develop and guide initiative to improve our value to customers and creates identifiable differentiators amongst our competitors

Qualification
Required
6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience
Top Secret security clearance eligible; Must possess a current Secret security clearance
Client requirements: Bachelors degree in managerial, construction, civil or general engineering fields or a minimum 15 years of experience was gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in the related field
10 years of experience with DoD acquisition processes in DoD/Navy program management and Field Site Operations, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management
Five (5) years supervisory experience
Minimum 10 years of experience with DoD/Navy program and/or project management overseeing Industrial and Field Site Operations
Three (3) years experience with developing and maintaining Standard Operating Processes and Procedures across all MPSF/MMRC facilities in support of maintenance, embark/debark, modernization, engineering, sustainment, logistics, security, facilities, testing and operations
Five (5) years experience project management of personnel and resources
Three (3) years experience with secured, classified facility management and security protocols
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, construction, civil or general engineering related fields
Five (5) years of experience of direct facility management
Littoral Combat Ship Mission Modules or small Unmanned Surface Vessel program support
Experience in support of Mission Package Support Facility (MPSF) and Mission Module Readiness Centers (MMRCs)
